About Us
Hack Your Run – A podcast about the body, mind, and endurance
Every runner has a story.
We explore how the body and mind work together
and how to connect it all to keep you moving forward.
Run smart. Think differently. Hack your run!
I share knowledge that helps you understand your body.
Every run is a conversation with yourself—I just help you hear
what your body is telling you.
I’m bringing Hack Your Run as a new perspective on what it means to run smart.
In each episode, I’ll take you beneath the surface of numbers and graphs to show you what’s really happening in a runner’s body—from muscles and heart to the head and nervous system.
I connect physiology, training, nutrition, and psychology into one whole that will help you not only improve your running but, above all, understand it.
I speak simply, but with respect for science and my own experience. I explain the connections that will help you know when to push, when to slow down, and when to let your body rest.
My goal isn’t for you to run more—but for you to run consciously, sustainably, and with respect for yourself.
Each week, I’ll open up a new topic from these four areas:
- How the body works – you’ll understand your physiology and energy sources.
- How to train – I’ll teach you how to build the structure and rhythm of running progress.
- How to eat and recover – I’ll show you how to refuel and restore your strength.
- How to think and live consciously – we’ll touch on motivation, peace, and mental balance.
At bezecplus.cz, you’ll find extensive bonus content for each episode to help you put the knowledge from the podcast into practice.
Running doesn’t end when you slow down. It transforms into joy and freedom.
Stay curious, stay strong.
